2. DELIVERY: On or before 20,Non, 05 at our Forwader’s Warehouse in China ** Late Delivery without approval will be subjected to cancellation or dispatch by Air freight on Seller’s account.

3. Samples : DELIVERED TO OUR OFFICE On or before 21,Dec, 05 Seller to submit 6 PCS/STYLE FINISHED Samples to Buyer For Mass Production Approval in Advance on PREPAID Basis *** Pls send the samples to the address: Hong Kong

4. Buyer will Submit approval in Writing for Mass Production

5. Shipping Marks to be advised later.
